Born on April 29, 1963 Mr. Thanesor Poudel is an academician and a successful businessman who brings diverse experience from automotive, academic, and banking industries. He primarily specializes in corporate governance and ethical leadership. He is also the Chairman of Amrit International Pvt. Ltd. and Canon Secondary School in Butwal-Rupandehi Nepal, in addition to being the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shine Resunga Development Bank Ltd. He graduated from Tribhuwan University with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master's degree in Business Studies. Mr. Poudel is also an active social worker, serving as Chairman of the Indra-Purna School Service Trust and the Dhatiwang-Rupandehi Samparka Samaj.

Dr. Tara Prd. Upadhyaya is an academician with extensive experience as a Professor in Lumbini Banijya Campus (Tribhuvan University) with specialization in Accounting. He holds multiple degrees including Master of Commerce (Gauhati University), Bachelor of Law and Lingum (TU), Bachelor of Commerce (Gauhati University). He is an expert of Corporate Governance holding Ph.D degree in the same field; he has authored several research journals and academic books in context to Nepal. He has published more than two dozen of Research papers in National and International reputed journals. Prof. Upadhyaya is a Research Expert of Policy Research Institute of Nepal. Dr. Upadhyaya is also affiliated to organizations like Banaras Hindu University, Harvard University, and Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nepal etc.

Er. Suraj Upreti is a young entrepreneur who leads SR Group, a conglomerate with diversified businesses, with a focus on construction, real estate, hospitality, trading, health and more recently in FMCG Industry as a Managing Director (MD). Some of the ventures under SR Group are SR Steel, SR Roda, SR Construction, SR Logistics, SR Foods, SR Agro, SR Oil Suppliers, SR Engineering Consultancy etc. He previously led the Board of Directors of Purnima Bikash Bank as a chairman and also has the experience as a Lecturer in Lumbini Engineering College. He holds an MBA Degree from Sikkim Manipal University along with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious Pulchowk Campus, Institute of Engineering, Nepal. Mr. Birendra Bista is an education leader with more than a decade of expertise in the academic sector. He has a Master's in Business Studies. He is currently serving Gateway Academy as a Chairman. He previously served Dipshikha Dhitopatrakar Karobar Co. Pct. Ltd. as a Financial Analyst. He has also worked as a Faculty Member for Campion College, Sunway International College and Citizen College respectively. Mr. Bista specializes in Public Speaking, Negotiation and Financial Analysis.

Ms. Namrata Bhandari is an academician with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Master's Degree in Business Administration from Kathmandu University and Pokhara University respectively. She is currently a lecturer in New Horizon College, Butwal. She previously served Lumbini Ayur Pharma as an Administration Head. She also has a brief experience working in Siddhartha Inc. Pvt. Ltd. and Ncell Pvt. Ltd. Ms. Bhandari specializes in Human Resources Management and Research & Development.

Mr. Gopal Prasad Pandey is an education leader with Master of Business Administration (MBA) and MA- Sociology from Tribhuwan University. He is an effective listener with specialization in Financial Control, Strategic Planning & Implementation. He currently serves Lumbini Banijya Campus, Butwal as an Assistant Professor with an additional role of Head- Department of Management. He is also a Freelance Trainer for over two decades. He previously served Public Campus Professors Association as a National president for three tenures.
